1. Platform Services & Ownership

These Terms of Service govern your use of DhandaWala ([https://dhandawala.in](https://dhandawala.in)), operated by SAUBHAGYA ENTERPRISES (Proprietor: CHETAN SHARMA). DhandaWala provides a unified messaging inbox enabling shopkeepers to aggregate and respond to customer inquiries from WhatsApp, Facebook Pages, and Instagram Profiles.

2. Free Beta & Tier Terms

DhandaWala is currently offered under a Free Beta License with zero setup fees. We reserve the right to introduce premium add-on features in future releases with prior notice to registered users.

3. Meta API Compliance & Acceptable Use

Users must comply with all Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Policies, and Indian IT laws. You agree NOT to send unsolicited bulk marketing messages (SPAM), prohibited goods promotions, or misleading content using DhandaWala.

4. Intellectual Property & Termination

All brand trademarks, software code, and UI elements belong to SAUBHAGYA ENTERPRISES. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate Meta messaging policies or engage in abusive activities.
