User Data Deletion Instructions

In accordance with Meta Platform Data Policies and Indian Privacy Standards, DhandaWala ([https://dhandawala.in](https://dhandawala.in)), operated by SAUBHAGYA ENTERPRISES, provides shopkeepers with full control over their connected Meta data.

How to Delete Your Connected Meta Account Data

Option 1: Automatic Deletion via Meta Settings

  1. Log in to your Facebook Account associated with your connected Page / WhatsApp Business Account.
  2. Go to Settings & Privacy ➔ Settings ➔ Business Integrations.
  3. Find DhandaWala in the active apps list.
  4. Click Remove to revoke access. Meta will automatically send an encrypted data deletion callback to our server.

Option 2: Direct Email Deletion Request

You can also request manual deletion of all your stored conversations, access tokens, and account logs directly from our team:

  • Send an email to support@dhandawala.in
  • Subject line: Data Deletion Request - [Your Shop Name]
  • Include your registered mobile number or Facebook Page ID.

Our support team will permanently purge your data from our encrypted Supabase databases within 48 hours and send a confirmation code.
