1. Agreement & Platform Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DhandaWala ([https://dhandawala.in](https://dhandawala.in)), operated by SAUBHAGYA ENTERPRISES (Proprietor: CHETAN SHARMA). By registering or using our Unified Inbox service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and applicable Indian laws.

2. Service Description & Beta Free Access

DhandaWala provides a unified messaging dashboard enabling small businesses to receive and reply to customer inquiries originating from WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Pages, and Instagram Profiles. During the initial rollout, access to basic messaging features is offered free of charge under our "Beta Free" tier. SAUBHAGYA ENTERPRISES reserves the right to introduce optional premium features with prior notice to users.

3. Meta API Policy Compliance & User Responsibilities

Users must comply with all Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Policies, and Spam Guidelines. You agree NOT to use DhandaWala for sending unsolicited promotional messages (SPAM), prohibited financial schemes, illegal goods, or harmful content. Any account violating Meta policies or Indian telecommunication laws will be suspended immediately without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

SAUBHAGYA ENTERPRISES retains all rights, title, and interest in DhandaWala software, branding, and proprietary algorithms. You retain full ownership of your business data and customer messages.

5. Limitation of Liability & Termination

DhandaWala is provided "AS IS" without warranties of uninterrupted uptime. We are not liable for third-party network outages or Meta Graph API downtime. Either party may terminate account access at any time by requesting data deletion via Data Deletion or emailing support@dhandawala.in.
