We are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of shopkeepers (Dukandars) and their end customers. This Privacy Policy details how we handle user data in compliance with Indian Information Technology laws and Meta Platform Data Policies.

2. Data We Collect via Meta Graph API

When you connect your business accounts to DhandaWala, we process the following data necessary for providing our Unified Inbox service:

• Meta Account Identifiers: Facebook Page ID, Instagram Account ID, WhatsApp Business Phone Number ID, and associated User Tokens.
• Messaging Data: Incoming customer text messages, sender names, and timestamp logs received via Meta Webhooks.
• Shopkeeper Account Details: Owner name, business email address, phone number, and GSTIN/UDYAM business credentials.

3. Purpose of Processing Meta API Data

We process Meta Graph API data strictly for the following purposes:

• To display customer inquiries from WhatsApp, Facebook Pages, and Instagram Profiles inside a single Unified Inbox dashboard.
• To allow authorized shopkeepers to reply to customer inquiries directly from the dashboard using official Meta Webhook APIs.
• To provide messaging analytics and performance summaries for small Dukans.

We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or share your data or customer communications with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or external marketing networks.

4. Data Storage & Security Standards

All customer messages and API tokens are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and stored in encrypted Supabase cloud databases with Fernet 256-bit encryption. Database access is restricted via Row Level Security (RLS) policies.

5. User Data Deletion Rights
